Marketing Business Manager - Immediate Start

Job Responsibilities:

- We are looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in handling IT projects and hands-on experience in Web Development, Design, and Marketing.
- Ensure project goals and objectives are met with scope, resources, and timeframe requirements.
- Drive the overall vision and strategy for quality and strive to continuously improve the quality process by assessing testing efforts at various stages of development.
- Develop and execute a holistic software quality assurance program roadmap, meeting the needs of the organization.
- Work directly and regularly with the key users and various departments as well as all other project team members.
- Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and adheres to established timelines.
- Resolve additional or unforeseen issues as needed and anticipate project risk in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate and realistic forecasts are maintained.
- Construct workflow charts & diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
- Advise, lead and work on high-impact activities within the business case, application assessment, and systems development/migration lifecycle, and provide advisory services for the IT and business functions.
- Develop business opportunities by creating strategic innovative technology solutions that transform and enhance our client’s technology offering.

Technical Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing software development projects, preferably for large complex projects and customers.
- Experience in creating and delivering automation test strategy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
- Experience in Web Development, Design, and Marketing.
- Comprehensive understanding of project planning and management.
- General Understanding of the project life cycle, documentation, standards, and methodologies
- Moderate-level understanding of media and design (photo, video, graphic design, audio)
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as virtually (via Slack, Email, Zoom)
- Moderate-level knowledge of inbound digital marketing: Understands how to combine content marketing, social media marketing, search marketing, email marketing, paid digital media, web design, and marketing automation to build converting digital marketing campaigns and programming languages.
- Can work ARIZONA time.
- Full-Time position.
