T-shirt designer

Hello,
we are a European based T-shirt business and active on the market for more than 2 years. We sold more than thousands of shirts worldwide and are growing day by day.
As business is increasing, we are seeking for 3 new employees to join our young and creative team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Full time designer for long business relationship
- You create designs on your own and you start doing them from scratch.
(Which means you can draw) ????
- Mastering Photoshop
- Knowledge in trademark (Don’t do Disney shirts)
- One Drive / Google Drive (for the workspace)
- Responsibility
- Appropriate English communication

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING:
- Get paid per design 1$-3$ per design (depending on the complexity)
- Bonuses for good performance
- Long business relationship (at least 1 year)
- Easy communication via ---------- / Microsoft Teams

ONLY THE BEST 3 WILL WIN
As we only want the best designers out there - to satisfy the needs of our customers - we will do a little competition for this job.
If you made it to the next round we will send you 3 links or ideas of t-shirt designs. You will have to create those 3 ideas (yourself and unique) and send them back to us asap (deadline will be given) to prove your skills.
