We are up to 130+ Real Estate Agents (customers) and growing by roughly 10 per month, for that we need to ensure that our standards are above and beyond the expectations of the services that our costumers are looking for. Our growing team needs a professional that will ensure that our Agents (customers) every experience in our company will be of the highest quality. This individual will make sure to find problems encountered by our costumers so that our team can solve the issue quickly and turn these bad situations into a great one.
To make sure we will be making the experiences great … We need a professional:
*Who has working 2+ years working experience in HR or Recruiting Sales Talent and will be working under the President/CEO
* Will be working from 7:00am to 5:00pm PST Time / 10:00pm to 8:00am Philippine Time (2 hrs Lunch Break)
* Will be working 40hrs per week
1. Confirm all appointments -- calling them and making sure they are setup 24 hours before
2. Manage recruiting calendar -- I'm meeting with 3-4 candidates daily
3. Make sure to book the entire calendar -- working with our recruiting ISA team
4. You will be the go between the President/CEO and the ISA recruiting team to make sure everything needed are to be ready for appointment

7. Make sure the PID# are updated correctly -- after each appointment -- setting up call alerts --
8. Updating the Recruiting Pipeline to keep the machine moving -- and ensuring we do not forget about any great candidates that we met within the last week
9. Ensuring that all great candidates have an action plan and there is a next Step and being the champion on those next steps to ensure that gray candidates don't just fall in the floor or slip between our fingers
11. Reminding the recruiting team about particular candidates that they need to follow up with and reschedule appointments with
12. When needed sending contracts two candidates making sure that they have received the contract and making sure that the if they have any questions about the contract that they don't get stuck...with the contract
13. Tracking very carefully who has received a contract and has not signed.
14. Managing the recruiting Pipeline and making sure that of the hundred and fifty agents that we have met with have all got some type of weekly
Qualifications:
• EXCELLENT command of the English language, with American Accent is an advantage or Real Estate Agent background.
• IT IS A MUST TO HAVE KNOWLEDGE ON RECRUITMENT / RECRUITING
• Must be a PRO on the phone
• Must have experience in identifying and prospecting costumer's needs
• Must be quick to address each issue that will arise and assure our customers that it will be dealt with immediately
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Customer Service Profession.
• Must have excellent data entry and computer skills
• Experience working for any US-based Real Estate Company for 1-3 years for companies below is a plus:
o Keller Williams
o Century 21
o ReMax
o ERA
• Must be willing to work on US Pacific Time
Requirements:
• Fast and stable hard-wired internet connection (DSL, fiber optic, cable internet)
• Reliable computer -- i3 above / minimum 8gb RAM / Windows 10
• USB-type headset with noise cancellation function
• Back-up internet in case of internet outages
• Back-up computer in case of computer issues
• Back-up power source if you live in an area with frequent power outages
• PayPal account
This is a FULL-TIME Position with a starting base pay
