This job will have oversight to the entire remote team operation.
We are looking for an individual who has extensive managerial experience on both back-end and front-end customer service. With excellent English communication skills and can start immediately. The role will be full-time with a working schedule of 8:30am - 5:30pm PST.
Tasks include:
Overseeing the whole operations
Training and development
Must have:
Real Estate platform experience or knowledge
Experience in Operations and Customer Service
Experienced in Google Suite/Google Workspace
CRM experience
Familiar with using VPN
Better to Excellent English Communication and writing skills
Working Computer and Laptop
Stable Internet and a backup connection (10mbps up)
