IV Therapy Academy is an organization that focuses on the development of healthcare professionals. We are based in Orlando, FL with a mission to provide high-quality evidence-based IV Therapy education for healthcare professionals. We are looking for an amazing, part-time medical teacher and writer to join our team of A-Players. Learn more about what we do at ---------- . POSITION OVERVIEW
Most of the topics are about nutritional therapy like amino ---------- , Thiamine, Cobalamin, vitamin c, etc. Once the literature reviews are approved, we would like you to create powerpoints following the literature review outline. Our audience is other licensed medical professionals. Keeping track of and finding valid citations from published journal articles and other scientific reports is very important. You will be required to keep a running reference list in APA format for each topic you will write on.

The candidate must be willing to commit 20-30 hours per week through August 2021 or until this project is complete. Once complete hours would reduce. If you are a great writer interested in writing medical blog posts and would like ongoing similar work, we are always creating new content and we can arrange for steady part-time work after this bigger project is complete.

Pay is $8 per hour, increasing to $10/hour after your first submitted literature review has been submitted, approved, and its corresponding PowerPoint has also been created.

REQUIREMENTS:
Quality Communication: The candidate must be an excellent written communicator. This includes proficiency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation. This also includes being able to take a large amount of information and summarize it quickly in writing on a regular basis. You must also be able to track communication (and be very responsive) across multiple channels without losing any details. Those channels could include virtual video calls, Slack messages, ASANA tasks, and/or emails.

Team Player: In addition to working directly with the founders the candidate will also periodically work with other members of the Team. They’ll need to be able to collaborate and communicate well with these team members, maintaining a can-do spirit.

Affinity for Technology: The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy and will not be intimidated by learning new technology. Proficiency in the following tech platforms is ideal: Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, Asana, Calendly, and PowerPoint


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Masters or Doctorate degree preferred. Experience: 2-5 years of reading and synthesizing scientific and medical literature.
