Social Media Manager

About This Role:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager with strong copywriting and graphic design skills to develop content for Our digital ---------- this role, you will develop social media strategies and produce content to meet our overall marketing objectives.
Hours: 10am-2pm Eastern Time, Tuesday-Thursday


Key Responsibilities:
-Develop strong content-focused social media strategies
-Build content calendars, create visuals (using Canva / Photoshop) and write copy for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, website, newsletters, etc.)
-Post content and manage engagement, including commenting and responding to direct messages
-Ensure the growth of social media channels and development of an engaged online audience
-Manage social media and newsletter campaigns, paid programs, strategic partnerships, and promotions
-Monitor performance and provide regular reports and analysis
-Proactively research, recommend and, execute new social media strategies and tactics

Qualifications:
-MUST HAVE strong writing skills with 2+ years of social media content development for editorial and/or brands
-Social media content creation experience in an agency environment preferred
-Strong graphic design skills (able to create stories, crop images, minor retouching for posts)
-Creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into social media strategies
-Exceptional writing skills with a proven ability to adapt tone based on the audience and brand objectives
-A sharp eye for the details
-Highly organized self-starter who can balance multiple priorities and drive results
-Accountable and deadline-driven team player
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
-Media-savvy with interests ranging from pop-culture to business news
