Motion Graphic Designer

Become a member of the creative team supporting company goals and media initiatives. Create video content, graphics, animations, and assets across a wide variety of media for:
Apps
Websites
Promotional videos
Instructional & demonstration videos
Social media

Skills
Work with the creative team to understand project scope and objectives.
Provide concepts, sketches, storyboards, and design rationale for project initiatives
Select audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design
Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
Able to provide and accept feedback
Work with creative and development team to resolve technical and/or design issues
Stay and share Up to date with design trends, solutions, and industry standards
Ensure compliance with company and client guidelines and design standards.
Attention to detail including spelling, file size, naming conventions, brand guidelines, and design consistency
Create graphic templates for easy to use by other team members
Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries
Stay up to date with industry best practices and design trends
Ability to take initiative troubleshoot and ask questions

Experience & Additional Requirements:
Prior experience with a strong portfolio of motion graphic and graphic design work
Access to high-speed internet
Strong verbal and written English
