Hiring a Rockstar VA to write Personalized Lines for B2B Email Outreach (Fluent in English) ASAP

Hey there!

We're an eCommerce FB Ads Agency with a friendly team and we're looking to hire a VA fluent in English to write personalized lines for us to help with our email outreach and get through our 400+ leads.

Requirements:
1. You're coachable & have a positive attitude
2. You're able to follow directions well and ask for help when you need it
3. You've got a strong attention to detail
4. You understand American English, grammar, and culture
5. You can dedicate at least 8-12 hours a week to this (at least 1 - 2 months of work, always room for more as well if you do well)

Job Summary:
1. Go through our custom built Personalized Lines Training Guides
2. Go through the Google Spreadsheet files that I'll share with contacts containing names, emails, websites, and linked URLs
3. Research the decision maker's online interviews / LinkedIn / Website / etc
4. Once you find something interesting, Write a personalized line / compliment

You will NOT need to write a full email, just help us personalize the first line per email

All training is provided in house. We provide feedback as needed & are always improving our processes

Pay structure:
Week 1 - Training week
$0.25 USD / line for 50 - 100 lines
Week 2 - Training week 2 (if needed)
$0.30 USD / line for 50 - 100 lines
Week 3
$0.30 USD / line for 125 lines
Week 4
$0.35 USD / line for 125 lines

If after 4 weeks together you consistently improve your line quality & communicate well with our team, we will bring you on for a more long term role on our team

Guidelines for the first lines:
1. First lines must read naturally in perfect conversational English
2. Must not be written in too formal language, need to sound like a human being
3. The first line must be so personalized that I couldn't send it to somebody else
4. 1 - 2 sentences long
5. Check your personalized lines with grammarly to prevent grammatical errors

Tools we use:
Slack - All team communication
Clickup - Task management
G-Drive & Google Sheets - Personalized lines will be entered into Google Sheets

Priority of what we will be hiring based on:
1. How well you complete a test task of 5 lines
2. How well you communicate (we provide feedback and training)
