Real Estate Acquisition Specialist / Manager

We're looking for an acquisitions specialist who can pre-screen homeowners who want to sell their home so that the acquisitions team can make a purchase offer.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Make Outbound Calls
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Make Outbound Calls
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Negotiate With Sellers
Call sellers about their properties
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Overcome objections
Make offers to on properties
Schedule Appointment

Requirement
* Able to work on EST business hours between (Mon - Fri 9 am-5 pm EST)
* Excellent communication skills
* Has a NEUTRAL ACCENT
*With at least 6months of Real Estate sales experience.

Payment:
* Bi-weekly payment through Paypal
*Hourly Rate + commission per client sign up.
