Seeking someone who can make t-shirt designs/logos/run instagram

Looking for someone well rounded who can create different designs for my clothing brand. Will need to know how to use printful to customize the clothing for dropshipping.Also would need you to run the clothing instagram page, Daily engagement and advertizing and socializing. Wage depends on experience and ability to complete tasks needed. Would also be a plus if familiar with website design to update shopify store when needed.
