Virtual Assistant & Finance Manager for Fintech EU Fintech Startup

Position: Virtual Assistant & Finance Manager
Location: Remote
Salary (Per Month): USD 1000 - USD 1500 / Month
Contract duration: 3 Months (Extension possible)

Introduction

We are a funded startup currently developing a banking app for the European Market. We are looking for a versatile and experienced Virtual Assistant with finance experience who can support us in 2 aspects;

1) Finance: Develop 5-10yr financial projections regarding revenues, expenses, marketing expenses and fee ---------- e scenario analysis to understand how changes can affect financial projections in the short (6 months) and long term (5 years). We have not launched yet and are planning to launch in 2022 therefore any work done until Dec 2022 will solely be focused on financial projections.

2) Virtual assistance: Help with calendar management, data entry, market research and partnerships outreach. Tasks may include researching influencers, scheduling meetings, keeping track of marketing KPI’s and creating periodic reports.

This position is available for 3 months (Mid June - Mid September) however an extension (6 months) is possible.

This is a full time position ONLY.

Roles & Responsibilities

Finance related
Daily accounting (Invoicing, consolidating receipts etc.)
Forecasting different financial models (Cashflow, P&L etc.) and performing scenario analysis based on various factors
Developing and analysing SAAS related KPI’s (Customer LTV, CAC, Churn rate etc.)
Researching finance benchmarks based on competing startups

Virtual Assistant related
Performing research per instructions
Data entry and management
Outreach to various stakeholders and calendar management

Skills & Qualifications

Self-starter that can figure things out themselves
C1 level English
Experience using online accounting tools (Xerox, Quickbooks, Freshbooks etc.)
Ability to become familiar with new tools quickly
Previous long-term experience in a finance role is preferred - any experience in finance is needed
The equivalent of a licensed CPA in your Region
Ability to work accurately under pressure
