The Social Media Manager will be in charge of our social channels, as well as engagement within those channels. We are looking for an engaging and energetic people person with a knack for building community. If this sounds like you, keep reading!



Core Job Responsibilities:



Manage all social media assets



Identify Social Media metrics & KPIs



Interpret, analyze platform insights & provide recommendations for better or exceeding performance



Strategize on how to achieve KPIs



Conduct community marketing (fb groups & building communities in social media assets)



Ability to do response management in comments & inbox queries



Ideal candidate will also have experience and proven success in the following:



Familiarity with social media management & scanning tools such as but not limited to: hootsuite, socialbakers, brand24
