Outbound Call / Telemarketing Manager for Apt Setting

We're looking to establish and outbound lead generation system. We'll be using a combination of emails, landing pages and outbound follow up calls.

We're looking for a seasoned outbound caller who has been in management rolls and able to help setup a new process and document as well as enrolling other callers.

Please indicate your lead generation experience.
Must be comfortable with calling into USA market and work in that timezone.
