Part Time Full Stack Web Developer (3 days each week)

Overview: We are looking to hire a skilled full stack web developer to design and implement attractive and functional websites for our clients. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.

Here is the breakdown of the work involved:

• Develop and implement custom WP templates
• Creating the website architecture.
• Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.
• Generating WordPress themes and plugins.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Troubleshooting content and plugin issues.
• Conducting WordPress training / Write Functionality Documents

The ideal candidate:

You love working with a variety of projects and people. Ideally, you should have a creative and thoughtful approach to requests and collaborate with the team leader. You have an innovative and curious mind with the ability to execute stunning visual storytelling pieces.

Web Design: Experience with WordPress / Divi / Elementor is required.

Client management: Our team cares deeply about helping small businesses succeed. That means managing expectations, being clear in your communication, and being willing to learn.

Problem-solving: When you face a problem, what’s your immediate response? We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind going the extra mile to solve it. We are still there to help you but that’s when you hit the roadblock, we will come together and resolve it. Having said that you’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.
