Zoho CRM Trainer

We are looking for a rockstar Zoho CRM Trainer who will help train our staff members on the functions of the Zoho CRM.

Oh Hello Agency is looking for an individual who has extensive experience with the Zoho CRM including setup, functionality, and integration to train our staff members to use the CRM in a functional and efficient manner.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

Assist staff in organizing the CRM
Train staff on all aspects of Zoho CRM including automation and workflow rules

The person we’re looking for has the ability to work from home and work flexible hours.

Do you have what it takes? Here are the requirements:

Prior employment in a role where you worked with the Zoho CRM
Superb computer skills
Ability to work closely with our staff members and explain complex functions of the CRM
Can produce effective business-oriented solutions based on organizational goals
Can communicate ideas clearly and in a manner that can be understood by staff and ‘non-techie’ personnel.
