Window Repair NYC, one of the area's fastest-growing window and door companies in New York is looking for a Remote Office Manager / Personal Assistant.

Unlike most window companies, We are unique in that We not only sell windows and doors, We repair them as well. We are looking for a Remote Office Manager / Personal Assistant who can cope with clutter and keep many tasks under control!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
3+ years of experience in an HR or HR support role, hiring, and onboarding. Courses or Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related area preferred. Great communication, highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Online HR Sources, Google Suite. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to create educational materials, be proactive, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Ability to build positive working relationships and establish a high level of trust and credibility on internal PR. Excellent English writing and speaking. Strong analytical background and creates new tools to improve speed and effectiveness. Understanding of United States market salaries. Problem Solver and IT-friendly.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Hiring New Employees and Provide Onboarding
Provide the office with everything it needs
Create and Help in preparing documents
Compose and monitor the managers' schedule (to help them organize their day, remind them of meetings)
Take care of employees and managers and perform small assignments

HOW WILL YOU WORK?
1. 20% is the organization and work with documents and calls
2. 20% small office assignments
3. 60% Hiring

OUR CONDITIONS:
Salary $5 per hour + bonus for hiring.
Working hours from 8am to 5pm Eastern time (Saturday, Sunday - off )
