WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SUPER ROCKSTAR HARD WORKING CALLER

Hiring a Part-Time to Full-Time VA cold caller for real estate lead generation. Must speak fluent English and be willing to work hard. Pay is $4 USD an hour but have $100-$500 bonuses and raises based on performance. Hours may vary per week (between 20 and 40) usually from 11am EST to 7Pm EST...Please inquire via email to apply and set up phone appointment for this position.

Cold calling on behalf of our company
Setting appointments
Following up on leads

An ideal candidate should have the following :

* High energy & Self motivated
* Able to identify and use pain points.
* Persistence & doesn’t give up easily.
* Enjoys talking to people.
* Not discouraged from a no.
* Is not afraid of rejection.
* Possesses leadership skills & team lead experience
* Must be coach-able and willing to learn.
* Confident on the phone.
*We have a family environment and make sure everybody is treated fairly and with respect
Tech Requirements:
* High Speed Internet (preferably 20 mbs or higher)
* Computer with fast processor
* High quality headset with mic for calls.
