Remote Junior Salesperson - No Cold Calling

We’re looking for a full-time/part-time salesperson to sell lessons and signups. You’ll be the front line to make follow-ups over the phone to inquiring customers, all of whom are warm leads (no cold calling) and sell teaching opportunities to potential instructors who inquire about job opportunities.

We expect to hire at least 4 salespeople, 3 admins, and 3 marketers in 2021.
Growing FAST - We sold 931 lessons in 2020 and we're on pace to sell 1987 lessons in 2021
A small team of 2 Americans and 7 Filipinos.
We sell manual transmission driving lessons in the United States. Yes, really.
100% inbound leads from Organic Search (SEO). We don’t do cold ---------- competition - in 90% of the markets we serve, we have no competitors. Because of this, our sale is pretty easy to ---------- asurable Goals of this Role
80 calls per day (mixture of inbound and outbound)
$5,000 per week in sales to start
90% of leads qualified within 4 days of initial contact
10 customer reviews per week

Duties and Responsibilities
Sell Stick Shift Driving Lessons
Inbound call handling
Respond to customer inquiries by making outbound calls and talking them through the sale or sign up
Qualify prospects to make sure their needs fit our model
Edit customer records in our CRM (Outreach & Salesforce)
Run sequences through the CRM including automated texts and emails
Get customers to leave reviews on Google and Yelp
Drive the improvement of the sales operation by identifying problems and opportunities for improvement and discussing with management


Qualifications
At least one year Work From Home experience
One to two years Sales and Customer Service experience
Must have your own computer, reliable high-speed internet, and good quality headset and microphone.
Knowledge in driving manual transmission is a PLUS but not required
English Grammar and Language: You must be fluent in English

Base hourly + Commission and Bonuses (Usually starts at $5 per hour)
