TITLE: Virtual Assistants + supportive training ---------- EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We have several opportunities for hungry individuals.
You MUST be willing to learn in this position, and you MUST be coachable & prepared to commit to a training period.

Part of this role will include FREE world class training, support & coaching. The commitment is 10 hours a week in a 6 month group coaching setting. You will become highly skilled & be sought after for these skills.

You will train in the group for 10hrs/week unpaid (though there is opportunity for commission) after 4-6 weeks we will do an appraisal, and if you’re ready, you will get allocated to clients where you will be paid hourly.

The two most important things for us are #1 attitude and #2 must be coachable

Must-haves:
- An excellent attitude #1
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Nice to have:
1-2 years experience working online, but not necessary

Experience in:
Familiarity with social media platforms
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Asana
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures if needed
General admin tasks
Social media lead generation
Social media prospecting
Having conversations & connecting with prospective clients

JOB TYPE
Part time & full time contract (hourly)
