Fixed Asset Manager - IT

He/She leads a team responsible for the management of I.T. fixed asset activities, the reporting and reconciliation of applicable accounts, as well as the establishment of the appropriate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedural environments governing the Company I.T. assets.

This role focuses on

Administration of I.T. Fixed Assets Team in accordance with the Policies and Procedures Bulletin.
Supervision of Special IT Projects deployment and installation in ---------- pliance with Government Laws and Guidelines (BIR and DOH), as well as Regional (ROS) and Business policies and procedures pertaining to IT Fixed Assets.
Provide guidance, management, appraising performance, and mentoring of staff ensuring compliance with all company mandates, code of conduct, rules, and conditions.
Ability to work diligently with Accounting and Audit Teams in order to maintain the accuracy of Accounting records of I.T. Fixed Assets. Participation in ad-hoc projects related to fixed assets that may have a financial impact on the company.
