Expert Designer who can design a new look/feel for our current website

Currently we have a website based on wordpress, which is good, but we'd like to change the look and feel (perhaps the color scheme as well).

We are looking for someone who is a design expert (we'll of course will give you some other sites which we like for inspiration). We want to try and keep the website as fast as possible, so we are looking for someone who can also think ahead and provide solutions which are not "image" heavy.

You will work on an hourly basis and eventually provide us with a PSD which can be sliced for our developer.
