We are a travel agency based in MOA. You will have to handle the following tasks :
- Record all operations in Quickbooks
- Pay supplier invoices
- Ensure receivables are collected
- Record cash receipts and make bank deposits
- conduct periodic reconciliation of all accounts
- Provide information to the external accountant who creates the financial statements
- Maintain an orderly accounting filling system
- Process payroll
It's a par ttime job (3 to 4 days a week)
Willing to work in MOA / Pasay City.
