JOB OVERVIEW

Primary Responsibility: Cross-time zone scheduling for a busy CEO (personally and professionally) and his management team. The quantity of meetings being scheduled does not require full-time attention, but the position will pay a full-time salary so that candidate is available to schedule when needed. The CEO works across multiple time zones, and so the candidate must be able to be available from 10am London Time until 4pm Eastern Time. This role will not be busy 100% of the time, but the trade off is availability over a longer set of hours each business ---------- condary Responsibilities: At times, scheduling needs are light. When time is not taken with scheduling, assistant will help with administrative projects, such as preparing expense reports, maintaining contacts, and conducting web-based research. On occasion, may need to help executive with last-minute travel arrangements (if his primary assistant is not available due to time zone).

Requirements:

Absolutely fluent spoken and written English
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Sense of personal responsibility and desire to be responsive to company employees and external parties
Prior experience with calendaring
Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple time zones
Available to respond to emails from 10a London Time to 4p Eastern Time
