Marketing Tech Operations Specialist (Singapore Company)

Symple Marketing is looking for a full-time Marketing Tech Operations Specialist who is able to execute assigned responsibilities in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.

You will be in charge of the technical components of work processes and comfortable working with numbers and making sense of them. You should have exceptional excel/google sheets skills to churn out weekly and monthly data reports.

Your job scope includes the following:

- Cross-referencing and compilation of data and leads.
- Ensuring the customer digital journey to be smooth a.k.a no technical issues along the way.
- Updating Zapier automations to ensure marketing flow and information is accurate and well integrated.
- Update and ensure that email and SMS automations/blasts are set up in a timely and accurate manner.
- Update dates for landing pages for clients.

These are the platforms that will be advantageous if you have prior knowledge and experience in using them:

- Clickfunnels
- Zapier
- ActiveCampaign
- Google Drive (Sheets)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Slack

You may also have to undertake miscellaneous duties on occasion.

- Basic knowledge of social media marketing preferred
