Video Editor & Creative Manager (eCommerce Company)

Hi there future creative superstar! We are a multi-6-figure health & beauty eCommerce company looking to hire a creative manager. This is an important position that has internal growth opportunities as we hire more people.

Your roles & responsibilities will include the following:

- Content origination (finding clips on YouTube to use in ads)
- Video ad editing (Facebook & YouTube ads)
- Intro editing (creating engaging, pattern interruption intros for current ads)
- Working with actresses and models to make User Generated Content style ads
- Creating engaging static image ads
- Working with copy team to find clips that match the copy scripts
- Longform video production (20+ minutes; Video sales letters)
- Other adhoc creative tasks that pop up


Role qualifications:

- Superb creative raw talent
- Outside-the-box creativity
- Eccentric creativity
- Fast response time and high level of communication
- Good work ethic and ability to potentially produce 10-20 ads per week if needed
- Proficient knowledge of video editing tools
- Attention to detail, especially for User Generated Content style ads


This is NOT a position where we hold your hand and tell you exactly what to do. This is a position where you run with your natural creativity and put it to work to help thousands of customers make their lives better with our products.

Basic tool and task training will be provided when you are hired, but the goal is have you free to produce content without needing a lot of help :D
