We're Looking for a talented Social and/or Google advertising specialist

Are you a talented ads specialist? We might be the perfect match!
For this function, we will offer a salary between $6.00/$8.00/hour (USD). We do offer bonuses depending on the projects.

We’re looking for someone that can strengthen our team when it comes to ads. We’re looking for experts when it comes to Google & Facebook ads.

Your responsibilities would be:
- Targeted ad creation
- Comprehensive bidding strategy & budget management
- Landing page & conversion rate consultation
- Competitive intelligence analysis
- Campaign structure optimization
- Ad testing
- Conversion & call tracking
- Cost per lead (CPL) and/or return on add spend (ROAS) analysis
- Google shopping feed management
- Test various PPC software
- Set up and launch Facebook campaigns
- Set up retargeting pixels, events, custom conversions etc.
- Set up audiences in Facebook Ads Manager
- Daily management of Facebook campaigns once they go live
- Input into funnel creation
- Reporting and data tracking
- Provide administrative support if needed
- Proficiency in the English language
- Clear communication with staff and clients
- Be excited to help find solutions for our clients and implement.

Requirements
- Expertise when it comes to Facebook. Experience in setting up, launching and managing campaigns for conversion/lead generation/subscriptions/coaching/online program clients
- Knowledge of landing pages, funnels, conversions, testing, etc.
- Ability to create weekly/monthly reports and use data to analyze results
- Team player
- Willing to have videocalls with the team
You will be able to/willing to hop in videocalls to discuss weekly schedules or client assignments. With the selected talents, we will arrange 1 on 1 zoom call of 10-15 minutes discussing everything.
