e-commerce Bookkeeper

We are looking for temporary Bookkeeper/Virtual Assistant who have knowledge and experienced with Quickbook
You ust have experience with e-commerce (Amazon and Shopify, A2X)

List of Some task that will be assign:
- Account reconciliation
- Daily recording of transactions
- Catching up Books from PY
- Income statement, Balance sheet and cash flows
- Accounting graduate is a must!( BS in Accountancy)
-Maintaining records of Financial Transactions in Quickbooks online
-Preparing Asset, liability and Equity Accounts entries by compiling and analyzing account information
-Consolidating Financial statements
-Preparing A/R and A/P Report
-Bank reconciliation
-Approving invoices and bills
-Collecting customer payment and sending statement of accounts
-Payroll report
-Creating financial statements
-Preparing monthly and quarterly report
-creating sales report
-recording bills and invoices
-monitoring and generating sales and inventory position in amazon
-categorizing transactions
- KPI business performance
- Cost Analysis
- Financial analysis of reports
- Quickbooks Expert

Minimum of 2 years experience in Quickbooks AND US Clients
