JOB OVERVIEW

Social Media Manager/Content Creator (June 2021)
This is a 100% remote, contractor position. This person reports directly to myself, the business owner.

Major responsibilities include: 
* Creating content that aligns with my brand and current strategies?
* 30-60 day content calendars drafts/outlines created at a time?
* Utilize user-generated content as much as possible?
* Scheduling/Posting content to Instagram, or Facebook, or both.?
* Daily Instagram engagement, responding to comments, commenting on posts, liking posts, responding to stories.?
* Responding to DMs or alerting admin or customer service reps of new messages, responding to Instagram engagement group messages.?
* Tracking analytics and adjusting posting strategy on a regular basis?
* Keep in contact with the me about trends or concerns

Creating content calendar for Instagram
Creating the content for Instagram
Growing the Instagram account
Daily (Monday-Friday) Instagram engagement

Requirements:
* Reliable internet connection
* Reliable computer (Mac preferred but not required)
* Good English communication (written and verbal)
* Use of Canva
* Experience creating Instagram posts/content
* Experience growing Instagram account
* Creative?

Soft Skills:
* Logistical thinking
* Organized
* Ability to multi-task
* Flexible?

Starting hours are around 30 hours a month with room to grow
