URGENT - Product Designer needed

The company in Florida is looking to hire an experienced Product Designer to join our team and help us keep growing. Once we find the employee, this job posting will be taken down.

Qualifications:
- relevant product design experience is preferred
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- keen sense of aesthetics and customer appeal
- first-hand working knowledge of the industry and market trends
- ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
- a track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through
- any experience in Medical, Health, or Therapy space is preferred

Responsibilities:
- create design concepts to determine the ideal product
- present product ideas to relevant team members, as well as stakeholders and executive leadership, for brainstorming
- research product technologies and architectures to include into design concepts
- convert design concepts into working prototypes
- coordinate and communicate with the team to ensure efficiency and accuracy during the design phase
- suggest improvements to design and performance
- modify and revise existing designs to satisfy customer requirements and expectations
- keep up with the latest industry trends and market conditions

Additional information:

Pay is bi-weekly. Salary/Pay is negotiable & generous, an opportunity to earn a bonus based on performance.
We currently have a team in the Philippines and looking to add. We honor all the Philippines holidays and very flexible towards family and kids.
We will start at part-time hours with the opportunity to become full-time.
