Duties and Responsibilities:
The General Virtual Assistant shall:
• Coordinate and manage client’s business, social, personal projects and activities.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and logistics for appointments, meetings, and
conferences.
• Research information and data mining.
• Take phone calls, give consultation and help enroll clients.
• Plan and organize events if needed by the client.
• Manage billings, reconcile accounts, and track expenses.
• Have a wide range of high-level administrative responsibilities.
• Check and respond to
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Providing and recommending various options on how clients or consumers’ credit report can be handled or fixed
• Avoid guaranteeing or assuring clients or consumers a specific result, or promising that information will be removed from their credit report
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Providing and recommending various options on how clients or consumers’ credit report can be handled or fixed
• Avoid guaranteeing or assuring clients or consumers a specific result, or promising that information will be removed from their credit report
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Qualifications:
Customer service skills (excellent communication)
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ADVANCED)
Social media management skills
Inbound call handling (Advanced)
Experience within the BPO, offshore staffing, or recruitment industry
Exceptional spoken and Exceptional written English
With exceptional internet connection and electricity back up
Ability to work autonomously and with minimum supervision
