Fast growing real estate investment is seeking a leads manager. This is a salaried position with bonuses for every closed transaction. You are the glue that keeps our operation together and running smoothly!
Here's who you are: Detail oriented, diligent, reliable, and incredibly friendly on the phone. . . so friendly it would be hard to stop speaking with you! Intuitively good with numbers and basic accounting, but no accounting degree necessary. Previous lead and database management experience a plus. You should be comfortable with Call-Tools / Freedomsoft / GoHiLevel / CRM's and technology in general.

Don't worry, we'll train you on our system, but you should be willing and able to pick up new systems quickly!
Your role: The Leads Manager begins every interaction with a lead before booking an appointment and escalating it to the Acquisitions Manager for negotiation and contracting. You'll be speaking on the phone with our clients every day,
extracting vital information and pre qualifying each lead to determine if they have a property we'd want to purchase

You will be responsible for keeping our sales team organized, and on top of the follow up game.
Keeping the database current, gathering paperwork from the seller and the buyer, and working with the title company to make sure all parties show up to closing.
Here are some of your daily tasks:

Build rapport with sellers over the phone

Extract key information to pre qualify each lead

Set appointments for sales reps

Enter data and manage our CRM

Send offers and follow up with leads

Salary Structure :
Mon - Saturday 8 hours shift.
2.5$ per hour + 50$ for every transaction that gets closed. Review after 3 months.
50$ Goal reaching bonus.
