JOB OVERVIEW

At Lume Media, we help eCommerce brands scale through paid advertising.

Things are going well, so we're looking for a new team member.

This is a full-time position you can do from anywhere with an internet connection.

Your responsibilities will be:
- To provide administrative support to me and customers
- Create and modify systems and procedures documents
- Communicate with clarity both to clients & internally
- Champion the client, find the right solution & ensure it gets implemented
- Lead Generation activities

Requirements:
- Superb written & verbal communication
- A desire to learn & grow
- Linkedin knowledge
- F.B knowledge
- Enjoy helping people
- Excellent computer skills
- A minimum of 2 years working in Customer Service/administration
- Ability to provide client support via email & phone
- Team player with an ability to work unsupervised
- Some bookkeeping knowledge would be a bonus but not essential
- Understanding of social media platforms

The winning candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable learning how to use different software programs, like following checklists and good at looking after customers in a caring but efficient way.

Timeline:
- Starting as soon as I find a qualified applicant; the next two weeks would be nice, although I'm not going to rush the process.
- There'd be a 30-day trial to begin; if we like each other we'll continue

Pay:
To be decided. Bonuses available for proficient work and initiative
