Outbound Telemarketer/Medicare Lead Generation Specialist (BPO)

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Lead Generation Specialist, your daily responsibilities will be calling/dialing people in the US. The objective will be to generate leads for our Medicare insurance agents. Previous Telemarketing/Predictive Dialing experience is preferred but not required. You are expected to produce a MINIMUM of 20 leads per week. We will provide you with training and support to help you achieve this number.

THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED
1. Reliable Internet Connection (Pocket Wifi Not Allowed)
2. USB Noise-Canceling Headset
3. Reliable Personal Computer
4. Quiet Work Environment

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
• Communicating daily with your manager/agent via Skype
• Logging in to our provided online Predictive Dialer
• Calling seniors who qualify for Medicare and generating leads
• Emailing leads (IMMEDIATELY) to your Medicare agent
• Emailing your manager/agent the number of leads dialed, how many were contacted, and the number of leads generated after your shift
• Keeping track of your hours and submitting them to your manager/agent by the end of the week

WORK HOURS
Full-time 40-hour ---------- lling 9:00am – 5:00pm (US Time Zone). This is a night-time/graveyard shift. You will be required to work between the hours of 9pm – 8am Philippine time.
