JOB OVERVIEW

We are an online education company that creates courses which helps people become successful entrepreneur. We are rapidly growing and are now looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Representative to be part of our awesome team!

This role is best for someone who loves talking to people through chat as the main task involves answering live chats in the webinar.


Who are we looking for?

You MUST be able to speak and write in fluent English with perfect grammar.

You must be an excellent communicator.

You must be available to work Saturday and Sunday.

You must be naturally friendly and must know how to open up a conversation.

You are enthusiastic, motivated, creative, trustworthy, smart, and fun to work with.

You have a strong and reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.

Sales experience is not required but a huge plus!
