Google Ads PPC Manager

We are looking for an Google Ads PPC management specialist that can work directly with our team and handle a number of accounts. We are a digital marketing agency that specializes in working with Roofing Companies in the USA.
We are looking for an innovative, growth minded, and detail oriented person to join our awesome team full time!

PREREQUISITES :
- Extremely Knowledgable/familiar with running local Google AdWords Search & Display campaigns (Bonus if you have worked in the roofing industry before)
- Attention to detail and following directions is the most critical thing we are looking for in a candidate - one wrong move in this industry can affect our client's budgets and outcome. You must be able to train with our PPC team and learn the concepts that are presented
- Fluent in English with understanding of proper grammar rules
- Be able to identify issues before they become a major problem and apply conditions to fix them

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Can work as a team with our Landing Page designers and project managers - follow directions, pay attention to details and learn our processes
- Use problem solving to figure out issues with poor performing accounts
- Willing to learn and test to find the best answers to issues
- We are working towards moving a lot of our campaigns toward AI based campaigns, you must be ready and willing to make the switch over the next year

TIME
- Dedicated full time 40 hour per week position working with our team

BASE PAY
Starting PHP 70000 / month + Quarterly Bonuses if you hit your goals
Base pay potential to grow as our account numbers grow

Will need to be available for team meetings some days at 9am Central Standard Time. You will be required to work mornings Central Standard time for a few hours while our USA team is online. The balance of rest of hours worked on your own schedule.
