eCommerce - Product Sourcing Manager

Chandler Tool is a craft tool brand sold on Amazon and eBay. Our company is growing rapidly with plans to source and launch several products over the next few ---------- order for us to achieve our growth goals, we’re seeking a ROCKSTAR product sourcing manager to join our team. You will be responsible for researching new products, completing market analysis, identifying manufacturers, sourcing new products, and negotiating and communicating with suppliers. Responsibilities
- Research products identified for launch: Conduct competitor analysis to determine product features to include; make recommendations to improve upon products on the market.
- Source new products, including identifying suppliers and managing all aspects of supplier relationships
- Develop new products - review and test product samples, provide clear and critical feedback to suppliers to improve products, and repeat until products are perfect
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure prices are fair and our company is protected from unnecessary risk
- Plan and schedule new product inspections to ensure new products meet our quality standards
- Partner with marketing, inventory, and customer service departments to ensure a successful product launch.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a huge plus
- 4+ years of experience in managing supplier relationships, product sourcing, and/or product development
- Expert in building relations and comfortable pushing back on suppliers to achieve fair contract terms
- Demonstrate a drive and ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, deadline - driven work environment
- Highly organized with critical attention to detail, along with good time and priority task management within an agile quickly changing environment
- Ability to work within a collaborative team structure with multiple stakeholders
- Positive, self-motivated individual with a high level of enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and utilize coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments
- Home office with modern computer & reliable internet connection
