Telemarketer / Cold Caller / Outbound Caller

Hello! We are looking for an experienced phone agent who is adept in both customer service and sales for a Company that provides Quantity Takeoffs Services from small to large Contractors. Enlisted below will be the duties and responsibilities.

1. Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products or services.
2. Explaining services and services prices
3. Answering customer information about services.
4. Accurately document the customer's personal information including phone number, address, and other order information
5. Keeping track of potential clients that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
6. Following up on previous clients for potential sales.
7. Maintaining records of customer contacts
8. Be energized and thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, and fun environment
9. Answer chats and respond to emails and phone calls to listen and identify a customer’s need
10. Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ongoing calls as well as follow-up information and outcomes.
11. Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how the item will add value to their lives and meet their needs
12. Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs and recommend the best product or service for their purposes
13. Follow prepared sales script to provide accurate information about a service price, features, and benefits

Qualifications for Telemarketer:
* 1-3 years of previous experience in customer service or telemarketing preferred
* Able to accept constructive criticism and continually improve sales techniques
* Experience handling and processing payment information over the phone is advantageous
* Ability to promote a product or service using persuasive language and techniques
* Fluency in English is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional experience using online forms to enter payment and personal information
* Speed and accuracy in typing
* Experience in a position where meeting sales goals was an important indicator of performance

Experience: Telemarketing / Cold Calling / Outbound Calls - 3 years (Preferred)
