Rock Star Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated customer service representative who can handle all incoming calls while providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Duties to include providing support to our customers and resolution to any issues they may have. Take on additional functions and projects as required based upon operating necessity.

Candidates must possess the following:
• Excellent organizational and (verbal and written) communication skills.
• Strong Customer Service orientation.
• Strong sense of urgency to effectively complete multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to be a team player in order to achieve organizational goals.
• General knowledge of computers and the ability to learn new computer applications as needed.
• Takes on additional tasks with a positive attitude.
• Have excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible with work schedule including ability to work the closing shift.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
