Recruitment Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for four (4) Ecommerce Recruiters to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Ideally, someone who has strong background in headhunting majority in e-commerce industries.

Responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring campaigns. Someone should have experience in evaluating candidates for roles of various fields from mid to managerial levels.

Ultimately, Ecommerce Recruiter will be responsible for hiring qualified people based on the company's core values while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Shortlist qualified candidates and set up Interviews via phone or video calls.
- Interview candidates for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong background sourcing high-level people from E-commerce industry, Consumer goods and partially retail. Someone recruiting IT roles will be a plus.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- College graduate of any related programs
- Very tech focus
- Data-driven focus
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Strong English communication skills
- A conducive work station
- Laptop/Desktop
- Stable Internet and electricity provider

SHIFT AND SCHEDULE:

- 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Manila Time (Flexibility to be discussed) | Monday to Friday

OFFER

- 700 USD per month (net) (Negotiable depending on qualifications)

CONTRACT TYPE:

- 3-month contract (Extension or Regularization possible)
