Guest Services Virtual Assistant

Full-Time hours - Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time with a lunch break.

Corporate Keys, a leading provider of fully furnished accommodation, is seeking a person experienced Guest Services Agent to join our Guest Services Team.

The successful applicant will possess the following skills:
- experience in a similar role - 2 years plus
- comfortable making outbound calls to guests both to follow up on emails that have not been responded to and overdue invoices.
- attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;
- ability to follow documented procedures;
- able to provide references from work experience in similar roles.

Requirements:
- Stable Internet Access
- Ability to have a company supplied voIP Telephone connected and active on the work desk.
- Hours tracked via TimeDoctor or similar
- Ability to be contacted via Phone and SMS/Messenger.
