On line management vacation home

I have one vacation home in the netherlands which I need someone to manage for me and optimize the listings. Making sure my listing is at the top of the list on several booking websites. Becoming a super host on airbnb. Adjust prices so that occupancy is optimised. An occupancy rate of 70% should be hopefully obtained. I need someone to create the channelmanager if needed and to rent out my vacation home on a few dutch and German websites as well as booking.com and airbnb. There is a camera outside of which the footage needs to be checked on occassion. Also communication with the cleaner and guests. Making sure the cleaner knows when to clean my vacation home. Replying to reviews and messages etc. Contact with the guests. I can jump in when needed. Its problably 15 minutes of work every day/ every 2 days. Are you able to do this job if it is just 1 vacation home? What would be your monthly fee? less
