Hey everyone!

I’m the CEO of Revved Capital and we're looking to bring on another Team Member with EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE to manage FB ad accounts for our next ecomm clients (we recently transitioned from real estate lead gen to full-on ecomm)

We're looking for a long term partnership so Whitelabel agencies are a big NO NO

What you’ll experience in Revved Capital:
-You are a Team Member, not an “employee” (we throw hierarchy out the door and work as a team here)

-Help awesome clients scale their brands into Multi 7-8 Figure Industry Leaders, while eradicating the "I've Been Burnt In The Past" Conversation That Most Founders and Executives Have.

Requirements:
-Experience in scaling ecomm clients profitably to multi 7-8 figures
-Able to write good copy (not just your typical dropshipping-style copy)
-Good eye for creatives that convert and be able to give creative direction to both our clients and our in-house creative team
-Good understanding of TOF, MOF, and BOF
-Being ruthlessly data-driven and not make decisions based on emotions
-Able to get good results despite the new IOS 14 rollout by Darth Cook
-Good understanding of UTMs for tracking (we have our own protocols for this)
-Speak and write in English fluently and proficiently

Here is what your role would entail:
-Managing Ad accounts
-Generating profitable results
-Basic creatives design when needed
-Write converting copy alongside me (Potentially a copywriter in the near future)
-Monitoring KPIs
-Communicating with clients. Reporting etc.
-If you have ideas to improve results, share them. We love new ideas and new opportunities to grow and provide all our members the opportunity to voice out any opinions/ideas
