Customer Success Representative

We are looking for an experienced customer service representative that is able to effectively communicate with clients located in the US during US business hours. The applicant must be able to read and write fluently in English in order to acquire additional information from prospective ---------- munity Minerals is a fast-paced, customer-oriented company focused on acquiring mineral interests and properties across the United States. This position will be working a multi-disciplinary team that will be focused on communicating with customers to gather necessary information, soliciting feedback from customers to improve business processes and customer experience, and generating positive online reviews.
All prospective applicants will receive detailed and thorough training prior to calling prospective customers on their own. A strong customer service background is an absolute ---------- dividuals who have experience or understand US real estate is also a plus, but not a requirement. Familiarity with CRM software, such as Pipedrive, is a plus but not required.
