Virtual Assistant + Customer Support

We are a rapidly growing luxury brand selling on Amazon. We are looking for someone with at least 1 years’ experience in working as a Virtual Assistant to join us on our journey. We would want to start with part time but with a view to moving to full time after 3-6 months. A great attitude is essential! The role will involve a combination of customer services, administrative support and some data entry. We want someone who is happy to help in whatever way they can. Someone who will learn quickly and find solutions rather than problems. Someone who, when it comes to customer service, can deal with difficult people with grace and understanding. We have a very small team and we are growing quickly. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and take on new responsibilities if you have the appetite to do so.
