As leader for the product team these are the skills you have

-Have knowledge of ad copies (mainly layout not marketing)
-Have knowledge of our working process
-Knowledge of what a good facebook ad looks like

These are the tasks and things you will check and make sure are up to company standard

- 1 on 1 calls with the team members to motivate and see how they can do better.
-Video language same as target country language
-Check ad copies
-Monitor working process in asana (similiar to other task managers)
-Hold team meetings with the team for potential improvements
-Update the coo weekly
-Make sure the process is running smoothly
- final check before putting the product on active
- contact with our supplier to make sure all the prices are correct.
