We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of our digital marketing.
As an eCommerce business that specialises in hobby products, we’re looking for e-commerce focused digital marketing specialist to oversee our marketing efforts. You will be planning out scalable marketing processes, implementing day-to-day marketing activities and initiatives - from working alongside our agency with pay-per-click campaign optimisation to SEO and content creation for our newsletter, social media, blogs, and more.
This position requires excellent and proven digital marketing skills to assist in prioritizing work and pitching in to get it done as needed. The right fit would also have a great critical eye to identify design opportunities for growth and lead copy generation for SEO, landing pages, and social media marketing.
This role will oversee paid advertisements, site launches, web edits, content creation, social media, and advertising campaigns. For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a digital marketing manager, you should use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and the client. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects’ digital lifecycle within quality, time, and budget requirements.
Fluency in English and the ability to work UK business hours are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and ensure the external advertising agency are continually improving KPI’s on our paid campaigns

Provide end-to-end project management and approval
Scope project requirements
Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement marketing projects
Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
Develop support documentation including how-tos and requirement specifications
Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics
Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

SKILLS
Proven work experience as a digital marketing manager
Hands-on experience with project management software, Trello etc
Familiarity with Content Management Systems and HTML/CSS
Proven thorough experience in SEO, Local SEO, Google &
Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
Amazing Proofreading skills and concise communicator to approve and improve graphics
Excellent organization and time management skills
Leadership skills to assist in taking our goals, accomplish those goals by working with our team, and communicate our - progress with the client throughout the process
REQUIREMENTS
Perfect English
At least 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing
Typing Speed of at least 55 WPM
SEO,
High level of experience with Basecamp, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
Familiarity with social media and local SEO tools such as Local Viking, Social Pilot, etc
Experience in various CMS Platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, and WordPress, and some HTML.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
- Wage/Salary is negotiable.
- Pay bi-weekly or monthly through Transferwise.
