Server and Platform Specialist

We are looking for Server and Platform specialist that will support the company's strategic plan and mission to continue deliver quality service to clients, while embracing the core values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Wholeness. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of the company’s computing needs.

*** Responsibilities ***

- Ensure company's IT platform usage and management. These include, but are not limited to:
--CRM System – SugarCRM/Suite CRM
-- Social Media Platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Linked
-- DigitalOcean
-- Cpanel hosting
-Plans lifecycle replacement, coordinates outages and performance tuning for applications and server hardware.
- Maintains monitoring and data gathering systems for reporting and performance purposes.
- Works with vendors and clients to address and resolve problems.
- Manage information technology and computer systems
- Provides ongoing maintenance and application of updates and patches
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes

*** Requirements ***

- Proven working experience on similar or related field or relevant experience
- Minimum six months to one year of experience administering Web Applications/Platforms such as SugarCRM/SuiteCRM or ZohoCRM
- Minimum two years of experience using UNIX commands to configure web applications on servers preferred.
- Able to fully learn and gain a deep understanding of multiple content management/web management tools, and leverage those tools for web development and server support.
- Able to understand and use Web languages such as HTML, CSS, XML and JavaScript
- Must have working knowledge on cloud computing
- Must have Working knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Must be flexible, adaptable and able to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work amidst tight deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
