Preforeclosure campaign
1. Go to Virginian Pilot, Suffolk News Herold, Inside Business and pull up foreclosures.
2. Set up excel spreadsheet as noted on sample web set up. We will call this the long sheet (11x14 paper)
3. Go to Rein mls and pull up tax info and put on excel long sheet.
4. Call the trustees on the sale date and update the forelosure long sheet
Obituary Campaign
1. Pull up all deaths in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Chesapeake.
2. Pull up realist and see if property is owned.
3. If the client owns real estate enter the info on the excel spread sheet called probate longsheet.
