Product Quality Specialist

I.SUMMARY

This position prepares, reviews, revises, and maintains technical documents, including system operations, testing, and user documentation

II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manuals
Proofread supplier manuals and correct obvious errors
Format the documents for a professional appearance
Rewrite, revise manuals to produce a user friendly guide
Upload manuals

2. Packaging
Comprehend when different templates are required
Ensure that there are no errors

3. Online manual assets
Produce Online manual flyers and stickers
Creation of Bitly links
Creation QR codes
Store/reflect this content in the appropriate locations

4. New Product Preparation
Examine the content provided by the Purchasing team to see what is missing
Liaise with the Purchasing contact to mark up the measurements requirements
Collate the relevant warning stickers in the SKU folder

III. QUALIFICATIONS

1. University Graduate
2. Language: English
3. Computer Literate;
4. At least 1 year experience in Copywriting or online marketing;
5. With graphics design background;
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Photoshop;
7. Strong attention to details and ability to multitask.


IV. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

1.Bachelor’s Degree holder
2. Preferably 1-4 Years experienced in Copy Writing and/or Online Marketing
3. Moderate proficiency with Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

V. WORK SCHEDULE

1.Primary: Day Shift, 5 days a week
2.Secondary: Other Shifts as the project or department’s mandate may require.
3.Temporarily working from home.
