Experienced Virtual Assistant Wanted

Dear Virtual Assistants,

I run an online business and I am looking for
an EXPERIENCED, part time virtual assistant
to work with me, 20 hours a week.

The possibility of turning this role into full time,
35 to 40 hours a week will most likely be there if
things work out well between us.

You must work for yourself, not for another
company who then sells your time to me.

Individual virtual assistants only will be hired.
No exceptions here, so big hiring companies,
don't place bids here.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year of experience working as a Virtual
Assistant. Preferably you would have
worked as an assistant in an offline
company as well and know how to deal with
any requests that come your way.

• You must have written references from
previous employee's and good feedback
here.

• Your English must be fluent. No exceptions
here. You must speak English like a native
speaker.

• You must be available during these times,
Monday to Friday. (List times here you want
them to work and what time zone you are
in)

• You must have clerical experience. Creating
powerpoint presentations, working with
EXCEL files, dealing with financial
information and being good with numbers.
Transcription experience is a major
advantage.

Having worked for an online business
before is a major advantage. Please make
me aware of the work you have done
previously.

You must be able to use the Internet to
research to a HIGH DEGREE. Advanced
knowledge of the Internet is required.
Your writing skills must be perfect.

Every day you must report to me what you have
done and you will be liaising with customers
and freelancers who work with me.

You will be required to use Skype to talk
with me and other people in my business.
Any Skype expenses due to calls will be
covered by me.

You must have impeccable time
management skills. Your main job will be
keeping me on my schedule.

• You must be trustworthy and reliable.
Delays in getting tasks done, going days
without hearing from you will result in
instant dismissal

• Knowledge of HTML, FTP, MYSQL,
FANTASTICO, highly desirable.

Some training will be provided for more
specialized tasks that may be required of you,
but the above requirements I've listed, you
must have already.

Basically what I am after is an experienced VA.
Someone who does this for a living and has
done so for a long period of time.

Right now, I am looking for someone to work
20 hours a week with me. The first week will be
a trial week and either you or I can call it quits
after that period if it's not working out.
